Do you have direct billing?

Please note that we are set up for direct billing to these companies listed below. It is up to the Client/Patient to know what %, total, or amount coverage of policy before the services rendered. Please book accordingly and receive services appropriately. Direct Billing is an arrangement whereby client/patient charges of clinic services are transferred to an Accounts Receivable account for payment directly from Clinic to the provider. Typically, when a guest uses direct billing, an invoice is sent directly to the guest’s company or other sponsoring organization. To be eligible for direct billing, an Accounts Receivable account must be associated with the guest’s profile (YOUR policy card), as such we will request to see the card, then we will fill in all the details of your account onto our provider platform until we receive payment from the provider (authorized Direct Bill platform). The Authorize Direct Bill option is available to us on the Privileges screen. When direct billing authorization is granted, the Auth. Bill. button is displayed on the platform reservation, Billing, and other screens for complete list, details and payments options. We will have to fill in the information. Note: Visionary Health Medical Educational Clinic is set up as an Authorize Direct Bill member, this option however does not control whether the patient/client will not have to pay for any additional payment, or any payment not acceptable in the portal. Upon Check out of services an invoice will be sent to the direct billing provider for payment. Its purpose is to provide a visible indicator that direct billing is authorized, and pending payment, but does not guarantee full payment, which we will ask for you for the additional payment if needed.
