How will i know that the services offered is something right for me?It is important that you feel assured in the treatment you receive along with the person providing your treatment. If you would like to know more and want to meet any of our practitioners we do have a free scheduled 15 minute consultation available to have some of your concerns and questions answered.
What do I need to bring?
You can download the intake and consent forms located above for your designated, scheduled appointment. For a naturopathic visit please also bring a copy of any recent laboratory results if you have them, or have it faxed to us, and a list of medications and supplements you may be on along with dosages. Please bring and wear your face mask at all times (if you do forget we will provide you with one).
How long are the sessions and what are the fees?

What should I expect from my first visit?
The first visit with one of our practitioners can last roughly between 60-90 minutes in length. An in-depth intake will be taken at that time and information about your main concerns will be collected to gain the most comprehensive picture as possible.
How do I claim services through insurance?
Depending on the insurance company you are with, many will reimburse the fees you paid. An invoice will be provided to you at the end of each visit and that is sent to the insurance company. Some companies may have a special form to be accompanied while others can be done electronically. Contact your insurance company with your policy number to find out exact details.
What if I feel uncomfortable coming in person are there ways to still have consultations?
Yes we have another way! We are offering telemedicine and virtual consultations with our practitioners in order to provide other ways of communication besides in person.
