• Meditating in our clinic-circle of heart center, helps us step out of ordinary time and step into a safe and accepting environment where each of us can explore our own health and healing journey.
• By opening our hearts, we access our own inner guidance to understand where our greatness begins—in body, emotions, mind and spirit—can occur.
• By opening our minds, we work together to discover the best ways to remove ourselves of habit, routine, patterns, or obstacles of health and healing, create ease, alleviate pain, and deepen our conscious capacity.
• Become more aware of how we operate in life and with others—whether family, friends, partners, co-workers, or fellow members. These practices help us to be kinder and more respectful of each other and ourselves, a key to a magical agreement of self.
• Community meditation can increase the vibration, rippling effect, higher frequency, create possibilities and magnify the intention.
We start with a Welcome, followed with guided mediation instruction and music to listen to while practicing one of the intentions for the day. Coming together, holding the space/container is a functional blend of respect, confidential conversations, sharing if needed, or simply letting the magic to occur.

Individual Healing
The word ‘spiritual’ originates from the Latin word ‘spiritus’ meaning ‘breath of life’. The spiritual aspect refers to spiritual energy working at a deep level on our spiritual being. The healing involves the transfer of energy; in other words, it is not from the healer him or herself, but the healer links with ‘Universal’ or Divine energy to channel healing for the mind, body and spirit.
