PSYCHODRAMA WORK:

Psychodrama is a therapeutic approach that allows individuals to act out different scenarios or roles to explore and process their emotions and behaviour in a safe environment. This method of therapy helps individuals gain insight into the root causes of their problems, including emotional behaviours, and mental health issues.

By taking on different roles, individuals can confront their anxieties, fears, and traumas and explore their feelings from different perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and behaviours, providing a pathway for personal growth, self awareness and healing 

FAMILY SCULPTURES: 

Exploring our family sculpture can aid in resolving family of origin conflicts in several ways:

Methods that may be used in energy therapy include Reiki, chakra alignment, biofield cleansing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Access Consciousness, or other body processes.
